December at 4M!
We are welcoming Gaby and Isabelle who have joined forces for their early “Optimum Power” session workouts to improve: Strength, Power and Movement. They are doing 60 mins session including yoga, strength, conditioning and cardio.
Every Tuesdays from December 3rd at 7:15AM.
