Yoga For Beginners

Monday’s at 7pm Ann Petrov will be conducting Yoga Beginner Class at Stage Room (Upstairs)

For anyone interested in taking part and would like to have a bit of a caring friendly beginner class, get in contact with Ann by facebook/ instagram or by text message/phone call.

• Blanket (For the end of the class, relaxation point to stay warm)
• Block if you have
• We provide mat but if you are comfortable with yours is not a problem
• Water
